The point was that on night you shot them, Kai, THE DOCTOR was jailed, so if you were together mafia, you could have tried to shoot + heal for launch and was stopped by jailkeeper.
This aligns with kill last night, despite Kai being jailed (it would be your turn) and no kill this night (it would be Kaiās).
You not knowing I imply healing here and instead focusing on actions priority (kill before launch) is clearing you and dispelling my paranoia kinda.
