If I have to chose between ~rand lynch and neutral claim with scum helping abilities, especially if we have no good in-game foothold yet, I always chose lynch neutral.
Give me beast to lynch who is as strong as Marshal claim, and you are sure enough about it to offset possibly lynching townie, instead of removing shit with very negative abilities.
