Also - in Deus Ex 3 NSF Leader AND NSF Goon had both 1-shot strongman.

Here goon had 2-shot strongman.

No reason to waste a clean on them.

Again - in Deus Ex 3 janitor only worked on 2 pre-game randed classes.

So if they randed trooper and specialist, it means kills on this 2 classes could be cleaned, while others would not.

Basiclly it was a passive which cleaned certain classes and others did not, due to NSF Hitman having “contract” to kill them.
