I kinda disagree you should let people naturally do their own thing if they have no reason to be pushed for that time obviously if you leave someone too long then thatās their fault and they barried their grave
But Iām annoyed that people are constently trying to get people into doing reads instead of actually observing their behaviour
You know what people will do if you ask them for reads and are scum they will pocket you and just act passable In your narrow vision while actually leting someone develope might get you somewhere.
Thats how my brain works I cannot comprehend a actual situation where knowing someone who will obviously agree with the mass of the players will actually help you instead of letting them grow.
