Here goon had 2-shot strongman.

by the wording, its most likely the strongman was taken from NSF Leader and gave one more charge to the Goon
They had no reason not to strongman, why would they clean pkr when outed or on tje other side why would they yolo attack a outed powerful role
If PKR was strongmanned, could they just cleaned PKR considering he was mech confirmed after the flip.

Again - in Deus Ex 3 janitor only worked on 2 pre-game randed classes.
So if they randed trooper and specialist, it means kills on this 2 classes could be cleaned, while others would not.
Basiclly it was a passive which cleaned certain classes and others did not, due to NSF Hitman having “contract” to kill them.
Did nsf have to kill them to clean or were they just cleaned for having that role?
