Basically a Town of Salem Nerfed Veteran + Vigilante mixed (Alarmed = Veteran, Shooting = Vigilante, both night actions) with two shared usages. It’s also guilt. Veteran doesn’t give me any type of immunity.
Shooting two scum gives me a third usage of the ability and allows me to kill a townie without the guilt aspect.

So,i am also the trooper.3rd one.
If I killed one UNATCO guy,I will gone suicde.(No matter what ability i use,I think)
If I also killed two scum in a row,I can disable the passive above buy only can only shoot once after.
I can attack/kill/shoot a player and has two charges
