Also I think this is quite a towny post. Scum either would be in an absolutely great position here or it’s just a town that’s happy town is active.

when he’s town there are actual reasons for them, sometimes the reasons suck but at least they’re there

It appears not. 
I don’t think an actual town player just reads a huge bunch of posts and then posts nothing afterwards. They were present for a good 30 minutes and they just bickered a bit, with zero content except one reads post that was forced out of them by Emilia that was atrocious.
They said they scumread a poster for slanking that had 150 posts for instance. (Amelia)
