a] a lot of people are advocating for cheese flip. Nobody is gonna blame you for that if it flips v
b] clearing PoE is the name of the game. Even if you know you are in it, you should still be aiming to clear the PoE.
c] you aren’t even very close to next in most people’s shot lists
i doubt you don’t make it to d3.

Hmm, if I give Italy a lot of moneyz, but not enough for them to switch to any faction, they will have to support me cause it’s most likely they will switch to my side.

shooting in the PoE is best.
Italy claims to be ITA immune and I believe him, so that shot is dumb.
Just take shots in PoE. Cloned likely flips wolf and if he does not, at least 1 from PoE is gone and we get sum juicy analysis
