He had a legendary weapon, so let’s assume he equipped it.

This means 33 speed.
His ability to give an extra shot to himself (and others) has a 33 - character who he shot at % chance to activate.

So less than 33% chance for sure.

It seems Hip was informed that Hip had an extra bullet.
So unless you know you have an extra one, it seems pointless to do so.
Until Hip had said that, however, we had no idea so it was good for us to check first.

Hey, it’s good to promote discussion in that way but this saves Dat and the hosts a lot of pings and having to say that we have no shots left.

It also means less for people to have to ‘catch up’ on despite it being a whole load of nothing.
But we did get people’s top shots even if only Hip had one.
Which is free info, that’s not a bad thing.
