That’s true. I find it really difficult to do this. If I announce my ITA target in advance and go like “what’s your weapon?” they are not going to say “oh it’s X, shoot me,” they are going to say “WTF DON’T SHOOT ME I’M TOWN.”
I’m not sure if these mechanics are practical, but maybe I just haven’t found a creative way to use them yet? I think it’s more of a subject for post-game, though.

i’m about 90% sure that the mechanics are designed as a way to prevent swing by making stronger roles harder to kill by exploiting the weapon triangle

Except wolves could have this role. Not sure if it makes much sense in a setup without any town KP except a slankvig, but still.
This makes sense except for one thing which is related to my role. This is more of a post-game subject, though… I don’t think it helps us solve.

If I die tonight, then CRich is just scum, so that helps.
Don’t think they have more than one cleaning strongman like the one they used on Alice, and I also don’t think they nightkill me tonight anyway.

I kept it a secret because I didn’t want CRich to be outed as a visiting role, but since Hippo went and did it anyway…
Which is why trying to lynch me is a waste of time.
