Because there’s nothing much to read about him. He said that he scumread Marshal but doesn’t explain much besides saying that he is “not looking good”, however, Derp say that he is going to post his ISO of Marshal tomorrow so I will wait for that first. Basically if he didn’t say that I will put him in slight scum but for now he is Null
