The first part is kinda tricky to understand but still looks townie as of now.
Okay so they know that there is a claimvig. The reason they said probably in their other posts is to warn the town and not out the information.
If this was scum I don’t really see the benefit of saying/lying to town about this. It’s not like claims really help in a closed set-up anyway.

Flavor does seem weird to be anti-claimed if that makes sense. Interestingly enough though, Marshal jumped on the accusation train so perhaps he was distancing with TL or TL is right and he was trying to get town to listen to him.
