My personal takes:
1 - Bastard elements might include millers/tailors (I think it’s tailors? Idfk the term). Or a lost wolf potentially imo.
2 - This is a big concern.
3 - Also this.
4 - This seems pretty normal so I do not know why this has been included. The fact it was is what’s disconcerting.
5 - This of course is normal in our games now somewhat but it is concerning. Could be quite impactful if we forget it.

First one is probably less concerning than or sounds, it looks more like ‘framing/tailoring could be a thing’ than ‘your rolecard may lie about your faction’

Second one isn’t worth worrying about probably unless you’re a neutral

Third one is totally warning us that anti-claim mechanics are a thing, like, it’s a Mash, obviously they’re a thing

Fourth one is the standard neighborhoods-in-mashes mechanic. For what it’s worth neighborhood statements (as in statements made in neighborhoods) are anti-claimable
