Can I just say Sea World’s rollecoasters are top notch

We went on the hypercoaster mako like 20 times and the manta coaster where you get layed flat and hoisted up is like you’re actually flying. Would recommend

six flags is the best park

fight me nerds

it has given me so many memories

I’ve had great memories with Six Flags Great America, but nothing can top CP. NOTHING

@PoisonedSquid if you ever get out to Japan hit up Fuji-Q highland

Top Thrill Dragster does 0 to 120mph in 3.8 seconds. Do-Dodonpa does 0 to 110 in 1.56.

Maverick drops at a 95 degree, steeper-than-vertical angle with two inversions at a top speed of 70mph. Takashiba drops at 121 degrees with 7 inversions and a top speed of 62mph.

Magnum drops 205 feet at 60 degrees, reaching a top speed of 72mph and lasting 2 minutes. Fujiyama drops 230 feet at 65 degrees, reaching a top speed of 81 mph and lasting for 3 minutes and 36 seconds.

Gatekeeper drops 164 feet, reaching a top speed of 67mph, going through 6 inversions, and lasting 2 minutes and 40 seconds. Eejanaika drops 249 feet, reaching a top speed of 78mph, going through 14 inversions, and lasting for 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
Oh, and the seats are facing backwards.
And they also spin you head over heels.
In short, this is an easy pick for third favorite, if it doesn’t beat out Maverick for second.

In short: all 4 of their big coasters are unique, fun, and well worth riding. Especially Eejanaika.

I would love to go to Japan someday, so if/when I go there, I’ll try my best to scoot on over there

Time to grey out on those

I need to sleep for the exam tomorrow, so I’m not staying up all night waiting for flavor this time. See ya

you’re objectively wrong good day sir

this is a valid opinion

As the resident Floridian, most of you have bad opinions of the parks. It’s much more complex than you guys make it seem, both parks have varying strengths, and deserve to be seen once. Though Universal is clearly the better park for repeated visits.

Now let’s breakdown why both deserved to be visited differently, Disney has a lot of experiences that are unique to any other park: The characters, The live action events shows at Disney are the best compared to the other parks and has shows you can’t see anywhere else, Amazing Zoo/Epcot center.Shops/ Restaurants that let you experience world themes. Disney is very much an experience, and the variety of things you can see or do makes it an amazing park.

Though Universal is the fucking FUN park, it’s much more of a classical “amusement park.” Huge rides everywhere, between the Hulk/Quidditch/Hogwarts Castle/Gringots Bank and more, every single one of them is very high quality and different. Have I told you that the fucking park recreated HARRY POTTER? This park is mainly focused on fun, fun, and more fun. Like Disney that have some awesome shops, and restaurants. The live events Universal have aren’t as quality, but still deserved to be seen as well. The rides and food are a big reason that Universal has a much higher repeated visit rate over Disney.

Have fun visiting them though :stuck_out_tongue:

hello i am also a floridian, you’re not alone in this swamp land (why are you still awake)

facts

i do think disney is somewhere most people should go at least once but i’ve been there ~a dozen times and it’s really gotten old to me ^^

universal is so much more fun though

disney is really a neat place though, especially if you’re a fan of disney stuff ^^

I mean it depends on like your age and shit too though

Hello resident cold person

I have only been to Disney and universal studios once, Disney when I was like 2, and I’m a Harry Potter enthusiast so universal studios is objectively better

Plus they have cool dragon

Anywhere that has cool dragon is on my top 10 list of cool things

Me: I have 0 idea because the very thought of going into a roller coaster terrifies me and the last time I tried sitting on one (probably mild one)

I remember not being able to get up from the ground for quite a while (I dont know how long but it felt like an eternity)

Well all I’m saying as someone who’s been to Disney like 11 times. Universal and SeaWorld like 5 times. That the list is easily

Disney
SeaWorld
Kings Dominion/ Bushe Gardens
Six Flags Great Adventure
Universal

Universal is like really boring imo. As a Harry Potter fan who went when the first park of it was done. Wasnt that impressed. Especially compared to other parks like the new Avatar ride, Rise of the Resistance, Rocking Rollercoaster, and Smuggler Run

Universal even got rid of it’s best ride imo Dueling Dragons and that was one of the main reasons I used to like it

In Belgium, we don’t have any of those :frowning:

I’m poor and dont like heights so I just go to zoos, aquariums, museums, and state parks.
