Why not? The slot hasn’t been modkilled despite there being no replacement so we can presume it’s important.
Also, 1 confirmed person out of 4 = Better than nothing.
Maybe Soul’s ability is the best of all the mafia? Idk

Which is why we let the mod modkill them. If they can’t find a replacement they must modkill them eventually. But for now we don’t lynch them

If the mod isn’t going to modkill them, they’re clearly important and we have to vote them ourselves.
Also, if they’re modkilled it changes the proportion of scum to town either way and thus can be unfair. Unless it gives some sorta buff too to compensate
