I am asking the players. If no one was stolen from I am abstaining or pardoning. If there is no evidence of harm the “criminal” did nothing wrong as there is no victim.

The burden of proof is on the person making the claim. You can’t expect me to go execute a person I don’t know who they are without any reasoning at all.

Those of who want to execute need to say why and prove why.

Tbh it could just be a generic statement and the criminal didn’t steal from any one player. I certainly haven’t been notified that I was stolen from, though it is worth mentioning that since it is a limited feedback setup I wouldn’t rule out someone actually having something stolen from them.

Htm is a neutral moderator likely explaining an action that occurred. However this criminal could have stolen from scum. There isn’t any evidence as to who did what which way. If you want me to execute someone you have to prove that this criminal hurt town or at the very least a likely supposition they did or some kind of argument.

If we execute with what we have right now we could just as easily return stuff to scum and be down a Robin Hood esque type character.
