I believe you’re town. I disagree with most of your reads + conclusions but your reasons are pretty solid.
If Seth is the same then this is completely NAI for him, his unimpressive state is his natural.
If it’s different here then it needs to be looked into more.
I believe that Seth is someone who tries to slip under the radar too often so needs to be worked out sooner rather than later so he cannot just slip away near end game.
To be fair, I’m not giving a fuck but that’s up to you to decide what that means.

Seth’s very much fluffed throughout so far.
His first posts were ‘We’re going to do X, Y, Z’ this game.
His posts are tiny and not analytical in nature at all.
Sometimes he’s trying to seem like he’s doing stuff without actually doing anything.

He then spent a lot of time on the neutral roll topic, which I want to be noted that Kyo picked up on me about this a fair bit then the ‘inactivity’ argument with me, Italy and Wazza but not Seth. Seth trying to seem like he was doing so many good things early game, faking the heck out of contributing. It’s frustrating.
Not sure what it means but for now I’m thinking he’s a villager.
Unfortunately I’m too used to him being a disappointment which is why I asked to know if he is normally different here.
