Hirsute is a role that should still show up as a town to a regular cop based on my reading the role pm, which says I only affects the information given to bloodhounds and seers, both are roles that exist only in games that have a werewolf faction

Sorry, kind of working at the same time and just tracking the thread once in awhile. But in general, I usually engage more with people when there’s a chance for some good 1-on-1, like I did with Eevee and Min in Deus Ex. And some others. But if you have stuff you want to discuss right now, I’d be happy to. Also, I didn’t start posting much in that game until later on when it was less crowded.
Also this isn’t just a coincidence, in the town game you played before you posted a lot more as well.

I think you are mistakenly looking at total post counts for the whole games and not considering the progression. Most of my town games pick up on posts later because that’s when the discussions really start for me. But anyway, I think you’ve already set yourself on your opinion and just looking for interpretations that confirm that. 
because in a normal world its a free vanilla claim, and it should give me free reign without the need to deal with pressure on my slot because of my thoughts, and usually they don’t get killed on night 1, and maybe more based on how townie the miller is.
my other role was a psychiatrist, and I didnt realise at the time that the SK was actually a faction with 3 different roles, so I didnt care for it, didn’t see usefulness in trying to find one role that probably doesn’t exist
and my last role was a Judas, I would never pick a garbage bastard role like that
The point is that it’s a role which most of the time is on town. So if the role itself can be confirmed, then the player has a decent chance to be town. Given this setup, that chance is reduced a bit, but if Wiisp is ever checked and accurately shows up as “Not Mafia” or the like, then it’s not unreasonable to believe him outside of him being alive in likely XyLO situations, at which point reevaluation is key.
