For a poor or safe scum player, he wouldn’t have said anything in order to keep himself at a low profile. While for a more confident or aggressive player he wouldn’t have used such a flimsy excuse to cause a mislynch. If he is scum, this is probably a Fool or a bad Scorned play, which wouldn’t be a good lynch so early.

Looks like it would be eliminate all unseen, so if there is a neutral sheriff that can kill unseen, best Captain convince the court that protectives should be on him tonight.

What you do need to cooperate with Neutral Sheriff/Paladin the same way that Jammy and Wolfy have interacted is to kill Demwir-aligned Unseen first.
There’s no promise but you help eliminate the loose end.
He isn’t confirmed and Adiart MM is pretty weak anyway, and the chance of there being a Neutral Sheriff is 1 in like 200.
Adiart MM and Neutral Sheriff are two different things.
My point remains the same in the regard of Neutral Sheriff’s wincon will be guaranteed to become extra vote in favor for Adiarts.
Honestly if your cult/unseen don’t be afraid to claim BD if you think there might be a paladin/sheriff
