Eventually I lost the game by converting the maid instead of Alchemist.

I also survived Assassination attempt from Aristocrat, so yes at least one unseen non-killing class is capable to kill once in night per game.

Even if you didnā€™t read the OP Adiart players have as their wincon at the bottom of the classcard ā€œEliminate the Demwir Invasionā€. If we were to use your own logic against you, that would mean you are not Adiart or you would have known that.
