Honestly I would rather lynch Marcus tbh.
He could be demwir mastermind and lynching a neutral is much better than lynching a adiart. Plus “I can prove him” is bad because you can’t prove him as adiart. Sure you can prove his claim but you can’t prove he’s adiart.

I’m leaning towards Hippo being like Neutral Assassin maybe with a NK wincon? They wanted to be King, someone bled the new King, and someone killed Frost - Hippo was strongly Town reading Frost I believe so there’s that. 
Why would he want me to become physician tho? I would be able to heal the king defeating his goal.
Also if he becomes king if someone is bleeding we can always ask him to decide fate pardon or evil.
