BD had 2 Nobles, a Mystic, a Priest, both hardcounters along with the mandatory Prince, and they still got crushed, so you can’t exactly rely too much on confirmability.

Things I would change is I wouldn’t enforce a two trial limit per se but I’d definitely deduct 12 hours each time a trial begins as a minimum charge for entering a trial.

I’ll clarify the rules over extending time past day end for trials too.
