SFoL 33: The Golden Dragon 2 - Golden Dragon, Diseased and Neutral Queen win!

It’s where we CFD FAST. Vote frost people, Celeste is more like a policy lynch idea then an actual scum lynch.

Wait… didn’t she say Solic was scum?

I request that healers be on Sarun and that everyone CFD’s to frost.

Solic**

Yeah sorry bout that

Yeah, gets kinda confusing
Especially when your tired

We don’t have a word for it, but if by consolidating you mean forming a basic idea of who’s in the lynchpool, it usually happens around now, barring CFDs.

I happen to see the smallest of town motivation to Frost’s postings, he’s deliberately drawing himself as low hanging fruit to bait out scum to attack him for his scummy behaviour.

“Backtracking.”

I’m quite frankly astounded you use a backtracking argument for him when in FACT you would’ve scumread him the same if he continued to push on Sarun for a claim. The reason Frost wanted to push on him was because he couldn’t in his mind clear scum from Sarun’s range, for the record I can’t either, but I’m sure whatever it is can wait until tomorrow.

Quite frankly he goes back on his arguements because they’ve been proven incorrect.

“Lies”

I think you’ve completely misunderstood what Frost is saying. He is saying he feels you haven’t acknowledged that Frost believes Sarun could be scum. Believing someone can be scum and actively scumreading them are two different things. Frost isn’t lying here, you hadn’t acknowledged his accusation directly. This isn’t a blatant lie.

“failed PR fishing”

Why the fuck would scum PR fish if Sarun has already outed that he has mechanical infomation that proves town? I think scum are more than happy to make a note that Sarun is claiming investigative and out of thread discuss what he could be, or if they are solo scum, try and figure it out for themselves.

If you want to push Frost here, it is for being either for the Count or the Collector; claim vigis. If you think he could be any other scum I think you need to reconsider this lynch.

I agree with not accusing Frost. Lots of better options and I believe Frost has adequately defended his motivations.

Can someone tell me now his helps town, scum would attack him and Town I don’t see how it helps at all.

It’s a flawed argument to make yourself look scummy to out evils IMO.

I think its a viable strategy, scum would push it in weird ways, y’know how sometimes you townread people for pushing on you, and you scumread others? He was just encouraging wagons to form so we could analyse them.

In this instance I think it has drawn the attention of the town WAYY too much then was intended. So it has been very bad for town so far.

Except scum do and will push people who appear to be acting the scummiest.

oh wait that reminds me I had something to say to solic

Why did you back off so easily on this?

Frankly, I think I may know what Frost is.

Here’s something for you to think about.

  1. What does the night kill analysis, or rather the lack of night kills imply?
  2. Icibalus is a nigh-confirmed GD class, so why would he hard defend Frost so much, to the point that it looks either suicidal or downright scummy?
  3. Why do you believe Frost is so interested in probing for my class?

aka I literally gave them a BS reason and they backed off quickly, I never saw someone said they would policy lynch Celeste and I suspected them to actually try to accuse me futher of white knighting but he didn’t.

  1. It’s obvious that the Reptilians laid an egg tonight, but what about the Neutral Killer? Shouldn’t we at least have seen one night kill from the NK? That is, unless the NK did something else the first night.

  2. There’s no need for Icibalus to hard defend someone this hard unless his very wincon depended upon their survival. He is GD, but what if there’s something that changed his wincon in this game for him to become a Mercenary-like class?

  3. Frost’s probing specifically on me likely implies here that he has gained some sort of mechanical information here, but how?

Do you accuse him of being the NK or not?

So now that I’ve layed this questions down, here’s where my tinfoil comes and it fits in these piece like a jigsaw puzzle.

The Siren
Neutral Killer
Charm (Passive) - You are immune to death for the first 3 nights or until you convert your first minion, whatever happens first.
Siren’s song (Passive) - You and your minion can speak at night. If you would die at night (including death by poison/bleeding/venom), your minion will die in your place.
Siren’s Gaze (Day) - Select a player. If they can be converted you will know their class type. Can be used on day 1. - 4 uses.
Lure (Night) - Select a player, if they are a convertible GD class you will convert them into a minion. They will keep their previous abilities, but their goal will change to “Make sure the Siren wins.”. If you already have a minion, your current minion will die (this cannot be healed or prevented in any way) - 3 uses. You will not lose a charge of this ability unless a player is converted.
Attack Order (Night) - Send your minion to attack a player, in addition to their chosen night action. If you don’t have a minion you will attack them yourself - Unlimited uses.
Goal: Defeat the main factions and any neutrals that dare stand in your way.

Frost is likely the Siren here. I’d imagine that for the first night he used Lure on Icibalus and essentially changed his wincon to Frost’s, which required Frost to survive the match to win. This may explain the lack of nightkills for the first night. I know that Icibalus is not scum, so he would have no reason to hard defend someone this hard, unless of course, he got his wincon changed to the NK’s wincon. Additionally, his probing earlier today may have been a result of the information that he obtained via Siren’s Gaze.

Yes, it’s a tinfoil. But I don’t exactly see anything that contradicts this theory.

I can disprove this right now.
