Ok then the only other explanation we have is a double mindwarp on two players who the evils happened to both guess correctly were investigatives AND also checked each other the same night.
I think Occam’s razor applies here and Sarun is simply scum
Also they can’t even accuse each other yet so you can’t use non-aggressiveness as an example
To be honest, with multiple mindwarps and redirections out, I’ve been rethinking Eevee’s posts with their playstyle in mind and I think I know exactly what happened.
Everyone here has reduced our interactions into two scenarios.
- I am scum and Eevee has caught me in the act.
- This scenario here is impossible for two reasons here. I did not visit Sam17z the first night and if this were true then Eevee would still be at my throat and pushing me here, especially as I have repeatedly stated that I did not visit Sam17z and I visited them instead. Were I scum here Eevee would not have assessed this situation as a TvT.
- I am town and I caught Eevee’s mechanical slip.
- This was my original thought here, however when putting Eevee’s earlier posts in mind I don’t think this is necessarily what happened here. I don’t exactly see scum!Eevee pushing a mislynch this early in the game and had they been scum they would have seriously kept on with the push as not only would they have the upper hand here, but it’d also be terrible to back down, especially once I flip.
My guess is that rather scenario 3 happened here as it’s the only one where both of our actions make sense.
- Both of us are town, Eevee is an easily confirmed Nobility role and attempted to reaction test me, except that since I had mechanical information on them then this test backfired spectacularly.
- This is exactly what I’m thinking happened right now. Had either scenario 1 or 2 happened then Eevee would automatically hard push on me due to us being in opposing factions locked in a thunderdome. However, since he immediatelly backed off and then claimed to have townread me then scenario 2 is downright impossible. This scenario is the only one that makes sense without mechanical shenanigans in mind as that’s the only place where Eevee’s actions and reactions here make sense.
Conclusions here.
- Eevee is not an Arcanist.
- Eevee, however, is also town.
- Lynch all Liars does not apply here.

Well… I would leave the situation as is for now. We can wait for a Luthier to flip to confirm the possibility of a mind warp later. (We can wait for this situation later)
However can I discuss the lack of Axes being chosen?
Whats the reason for being so distant from Axes? Because of my post saying (I doubt they’ll SWORDS then really choose swords)?
