Actually, I do think I have an idea as to why Marl would use his secondary ability if he’s a Spy (And I’m sure he is). With the Overtime ability, Inspectors can check someone’s exact faction. Since there were three Inspector claims (Including Alice), he had to make sure to get rid of them all before he can get caught. Why he chose Alice specifically is unknown, but the motivation to kill her was there.
