Isn’t it almost always better to elect the lord as a chancellor? Because they are confirmed to be a good chancellor and they can still use their abilities

No because the Chancellor is Convert immune. In otherwords if someone besides the Lord is chancellor then you have 2 convert immune town instead of just 1

Okay I see a little problem.

The game starts with 10 citizens. If he uses this then there is then 8. They use it again and then 2 die from starvation and now there is 4. Again for 0? Is there something I’m missing.
