That’s hinging a lot on one particular role being in the game, which isn’t guaranteed.
There are multiple roles with the ability to occupy, however.

You can’t get rid of the Lich’s passive ability though, read the Apprentice class card
It’s much better to just have Marcus imprisoned twice and we exe D4.

(If PKR pardons, lynch PKR today, hes not going with what town wants so hes useless to us, apprentice and tks can kill Marcus tonight, an occupier, cough u know who u are can target Insanity)

He doesn’t mean the Phylactery one, he means this one.
Undeath (Passive) - As long as the Phylactery Holders are alive, you will automatically revive yourself at the end of the night if you die by any means. If one of the Phylactery Holders has already died, then the Lich will gain immunity to occupation and redirection.

So far town seems fairly split.
The only ones that strongly disagree is an already incredibly scummy Bazing and a person who’s experienced and thinks that it makes them perfect
