Then it sounds scummy to me, I can only follow 1 person at night to see who they targeted and orange did not target anyone.
So I would guess he stayed at home but depends what fade classes as targets I guess it means a visit.
I highly doubt loads of observers would be brought into the game it would be nice for orange to state if he left or not to clarify my role as targets is very vain to understand.
