Point is, to solve games like this just form a good towncore and kill everyone outside it as scumreading won’t work since it’s hard to differentiate between lurking scum and lurking town. We have 2 Hunter claims to bleed them and 2 Paladin claims to check them, so this shouldn’t be too hard as long as we have solid townreads.

In SFoL 51 he didn’t start out as much of a townleader, but shifted into a more leader-y role as the game progressed.

I believe Luxy is probably Cult. Starting or converted. He is the most likely convert target from my PoV (if there was a conversion… and Napoleon couldn’t have been converted).
