As converted Mystic? Probably, Mystic converts get Mystic alts and the main benefit of being a Mystic is mechanical confirmation. Iā€™d need to double-check the alts, though.

Mystic is unique and thus there canā€™t be a starting Mystic!Apostle. Plus unless the Mystic!Apostle was reworked then they canā€™t even take that action.
