Before making this, I was honestly really confused about tele and had no idea what to think, so with any luck this will help me make a decison.

Honestly we shouldn’t reveal how we expect scum to act because it gives them hints about how to improve their behavior. If you think someone is being suspicious just claim that you think they are and explain why

I believe that Kyo is right when he says that we should not focus on people who appear to be town, buy instead focus on people who are likely to be scum. Having a horde of town read people can only lead to easy conversion bait.

The basis for my scum reads is more based on my town reads and using PoE from there. I have been reading certain behaviors for certain people as almost 100% confirmed town, but I won’t disclose this information for the time being because of conversion night.

I’m gonna do an ISO for Sulit in a seperate post.

Nice that they are doing reads, but they dont really follow up on any of them.

Tele dosen’t seem to be sticking super solid to a lot of their scum reads. I may be wrong but I think iv read that this can be indicative of scum, not wanting to push a town too hard?

So overall, Tele seems like a solid scum read to me. Yes they made some reads, but they didn’t do much follow through, they just let them exist.

I’d feel really stupid about lynching a Priest D2, when they literally have a press-this-button-to-confirm-yourself ability. It might be worthwhile to give her another night and let Offensives do their thing (since Priest can’t be occ’d/redirected on a revive) so that she can prove herself without running into the risk of letting a Cultist get away with doing that sort of thing. Of course, she’ll then be a high value conversion target, but…

If she’s scum, and particularly if she’s CL, it would be better for her (making some assumptions about the abilities of her fellow cultists) to just get lynched here, allowing whoever remains to take over, than to not get lynched, get most likely occupied, and waste a night. (Or maybe I’m thinking in ToL meta? She almost certainly is, though.)

I am basing my reads off of experience and general trends that I see throughout the games that I have played. I have seen many quiet people get scum read and they are almost always BD

Just a pattern of what I’ve seen.
And Jgo was making an effort to scum read which reads as town to me
