I scumread them, their play is not like normal town games I remember of hers, but the thing is that they also have evidence which I picked up on of Tele, which unless they are on a team, idk if she would stick a leg out for her. Like ahhhh my gut says scum but mechanics wise her evidence is she knew she was town all along or she is the one class I determined she is

This is the frame of mind I’ve been working with with my Kai/Alice scumteam theory. I still think its possible Kai flips towns too, like 60/40 scum:town

Which is why I think that if Alice is scum, you’d just be pocketed town rather than scum.
