TBH though? Ozz being CL makes so much sense. Italy being converted N4 means that he checked Ozz as cult, but obviously couldnā€™t out that info after he was converted and just claimed occupied because he was lazy

@Emilia the answer to this question is legitimately important because it determines the PoE of who the current other Cult (assuming Soul/Ozz contains exactly one) is.
