Inq really needs a change at this point. Inform the Heathens, allow it to hunt Unique BD, just not the Prince.

Seriously, all we could choose for with the Inq’s targets were like 8/16 of the people, that’s how many Unique’s we had.

I’d plain have deleted Inq tbh, it was a bad designed class for fol (I played enough tol to know that), but your suggestion might work

It’s just a complete remodel, since the old fol balance team wanted to have it as anti-claim mechanic, and Inq misused as that wouldn’t have been fun at all

You can’t even solve mechanically when massclaiming early
All it does is out PRs (Prince, Mystic/Priest) in most cases
