Defeat the Unseen and any neutrals that seek to do you harm.

its a BD ability that basically gives buffed abilities once in a while
look at the BD converter classcrd
Visionary (BD Converter) can activate a special buff to each other BD class alive at most once every three nights.

This type of thing was in LotrFM and Sfol 53, but never took effect. It seems really cool, and could do a lot if scum uses it right.

What are you thinking of? It should be more diverse from call to arms, but have a similar effect.
