i mechanically had this game won if i actually had the WiM to win on D4

literally the only reason i wanted to win was for chloe

…and because i thought arbiter was the worst NK in this setup (i still kind of think this, but i might just be bitter)
and im honestly very unhappy with a few things that happened because of this game but thats completely unrelated to the setup itself
Personally I think Astromancer might be weaker but eh
Arbiter is slightly stronger in SFoL 62 because getting King as it turns you into a special PK
