SFoL 61.5 - Fortress of the Dark Deity (4/16) - Complete - The Unseen, Guardian, and Senex win!

Zzz. I see

Then my wagon just consists of Neuts and one unknown, yet generally townread/townleaned person. Thatā€™s kinda meh.

I re-ISOā€™d Intensify and I havenā€™t found anything about them rescinding their claim.

ā€¦That explains it.

Ans-chan, would you mind giving me the D1 and D2 spreadsheets?

Iā€™m too lazy to ISO a certain player for their reads.

Sec, I actually havenā€™t really updated the D2 spreadsheet so I might need to go over the thread and do it all again.

Just D1 is fine too, tbh.

This was D1, Iā€™m still going to re-ISO certain people because Iā€™m sure that Iā€™m missing something.

Areteā€™s tone seems good, but heā€™s also the one I would say is most likely to be a deepwolf. They jumped on me D1 for defending CRich, and they have a few shady posts, but they also have lots of good posts and there are some that feel very genuine, thus why Iā€™m not putting him in PoE.

@katze
Can you quickly remind me who was in your PoE again

i wanna reevaluate it before EoD

Everyone else

Derps
Gorta
Appelsiini
Cheese

because i really canā€™t shake off the feeling that im misclearing people

Why Gorta?

because this list hasnā€™t changed since i woke up minus moving vulgard out because vulgard is town

and gorta hasnt really convinced me hes more towny than the people who arent in my PoE

Blue and Vool, can you make your cases on Appelsi V?

I want to consider the possibility that Iā€™m misclearing them.

im looking at my town list

i think the most likely people im misclearing are TBE/Italy/Jane?

my entire PoE are players i consider LHF and i donā€™t like it

This post strikes me as really odd.
First, the mere fact she decided to ask the thread this question is an example of caring about her image. She could justā€¦ do it, instead of asking for permission / a suggestion. Itā€™s phrased as if she thinks sheā€™s super towny and about to demean herself, which is why sheā€™s asking the thread. ā€œShould I reaaally do it? I donā€™t waaannaā€¦ā€
The second statement is more neutral, but also a little strange. If you think that you are not putting enough effort inā€¦ acknowledging it is only the first step. You have to fix that. I donā€™t know if she fixes that later. By itself, it doesnā€™t mean much, but it should obligate her to be better.
Also, the post implies that she thinks sheā€™s being suspected/wagoned because sheā€™s not putting in enough effort ā€“ in other words, being deflatedā€¦

When did her mindset change from ā€œI think I know why Iā€™m suspectedā€ to ā€œI donā€™t know why these people are voting me?ā€

I donā€™t know why she feels the need to say this within the thread, honestly. The second part, I mean. If you are aware, start working toward clearing yourself instead of talking about how people suspect you. It reads like an attempt to evoke peopleā€™s sympathy. ā€œOh, my posts have been underwhelming, I havenā€™t really done much, Iā€™m sorry, pleaseā€¦ā€

This reads to me like itā€™s not an accident. It reads like an attempt to shade Intensify. She immediately jumps to a conclusion without thinking about it twice.

The thought behind this is: ā€œHe said that Sheriff should have to see Unseen lose instead of Cult, which means he has TMI.ā€

This is confusion about the setup, and there is no TMI here. Intensify mentions Unseen, but itā€™s not in the context of ā€œUnseen rolled this game.ā€ Itā€™s in the context of ā€œit should be in Sheriffā€™s classcard.ā€

Intensifyā€™s post genuinely confuses me, but it is not an example of TMI.

This overeagerness to jump to a conclusion doesnā€™t really fit. It looks like Appel feels obligated to suspect people and call them out instead of playing like she normally does as a villager. Which is quite suspicious, because she is under pressure at this point. Comparing this to her posts early in the game, which I have quoted in a previous post of mineā€¦ she is far less eager to leap to a conclusion on day 1, but here she does it instantly.

I could see this coming from any alignment, honestly. I think itā€™s just odd. It doesnā€™t seem to fit her profile regardless of alignment. Iā€™ve never seen her do this before, but I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever seen her under really notable pressure as scum. Maybe this is what happens then?

Oh, so it was a reactiontest. Itā€™s still odd that she claims she needed to do this as an interaction. Why not just talk normally?

Also, the latching onto Jane here feels wrong. Appel says that she needs to do more things on her own to stop people from suspecting her, but she then bounces off of others instead of developing original thought. Itā€™s like sheā€™s scared of taking initiative, or doesnā€™t know how when the thread is villagery (which I currently think it is).

I think Iā€™m at least slightly confbiased here, but the posts you asked me to talk about werenā€™t exactly shining examples of villagery behavior, if I do say so myself.

why is vulgard like my 2nd highest townread in the same cycle they subbed into a 0poster

Welp, nevermind.

Bloo, can you still do this or are you also going to re-evaluate them?

I think this should be accurate? I mightā€™ve missed some things (and I donā€™t have some of your reads)

Iā€™m still scumreading Appelsii (and CRich, obviously).

I was scumreading Intensify too, but after rereading their ISO, Iā€™m more inclined to agree with kat.
