Did not a single one of you read how voting mechanic works.
I specifically quoted the paragraphs at the very start of the game so you could read it if you havenā€™t.

Cult receives judgement if they tag the target, no matter what they flip.
If trial flips Cult ā€“ you choose an ability to lose a charge from.
If trial flips NK or scum ā€“ you choose an ability to gain a charge for.
If trial flips Neut, nothing happens.

Non-Cult is not affected by any of this.
