the problem here is im not too sure if anyone will actually put that together unless priest
- is not converted (equity of this went up a lot with inq flip since they think thomas NE equity dropped)
- outs all of their info (not sure how likely this is, the fact they havent claimed yet is a miracle cause its fol)
