Version 59+ has votes count as double for Drunk

Version 39-58 lets you step up earlier than others to be king using royal blood instead of votes counting double.

Version 30-38 lets you step up “early”

Version 24-29 lets the drunk step up as king

Version 16-23 lets the drunk become king by saying “I shall be the King” in thread.

Version 1-15 didn’t have drunk.
