at the time i believe they were close to hammer, so i did that instead

its not that hard. all it determines mechanically is that, whatever kyo is (neut, nk, bd, scum), luxy is not, and vice versa
the rest is reading stuff
(this is in a wonky order since i started at the ping and then had to work my way up)
fos is used to put pressure on someone in a similar way to that of a vote, without actually voting. in this case i used it because i thought hammer was near and didnt want to add to that.

Iām Neutral and Luxy is not Cult according to Wazza and Luxy is also not Neutral
So Luxy is BD or NK so they shouldnāt be hung today but what they should be doing is flipping their vote.
