Oh you’re referencing rolling scum. Yeah skill at the game doesn’t change the odds of rolling scum, but it can change odds of being the N1 convert though.

With an ability like that, Unseen can decide kill targets and Hunter-esque tests fail, as Unseen can easily just Boop, good kill target
And they can also directly tell what their class is, which would allow them to claim things like the Maid equivalent, or even Watchman relatively well just by using past data and assumptions on what they would do as a player
Heck, MM can confirm themselves by guessing a player’s day ability, since theres a class that recieves feedback for people’s day abilities, etc (I think)
Hence, foresight is directly really strong
Yes and no. Some things can be but mainly something like that has its flaws which I won’t help scum with.
