It also makes sense in the context that Priestess claims neutral as town and neutblock is a play on townblock. How the hell does it make sense in talking about a potential scummate? That would be legit worse than saying “carnage”. 
If I ignored content, point out what I specifically ignored and point out why it’s scummy, so we can actually argue, because this undetailed crap is fishy.
