This is what I immediately jumped to as an explanation for the weirdness on Blizer’s end of the interaction, although I’m a bit lukewarm on it, probably because I still get consistent good vibes from Blizer’s posts every time I read him and I don’t really see that happening despite it being technically possible.
I’ll keep thinking.
Blizer has tried to interact with you. He’s the only of you two who is bridging the gap established at the start of the game.

Blizer seemed to be either pocketing me or tracking my messages which set me off. Last time someone did that to me, they flipped scum.

Ici is doing exactly what I’d expect scum him to do: townread Blizer’s tone to explain why he never talked about him.
You don’t have to interact if someone’s tone screams obvtown, but again Ici made exceptions to this in his ISO by reading Hja.

It’s funny because while I was in my little world
I put Blizer/Firekitten and Ici together
Idea was they were chalking up shit together, but now I’m reading Firekitten separate of Icibalus, with Ici shepherding onto Firekitten damned hard.
Blizer before in my first read list was labelled as
Blizer: I’m not too sure. He was only ever on when firekitten was, so I’m willing to put him with Firekitten in the same team. Slight scum. Fluffs towards the end.
Is this even useful as a scum read for a read list? Yikes.
