Three reasons I can think of: Least to most likely
— Arete was lying and wanted to see if PKR was NE and trying to go for a balls to the wall play because he had to say someone and used it to try to reaction test PKR.
— Arete was lying and scum with PKR trying to figure out if they go all in.
— Arete was telling the truth and his flip fucked with somehow and PKR is scum.
I can discount the 3rd option for you because I saw him visit HTM when he claimed he did not.
I think 1st might be the most likely judging by PKR’s reaction to it.
Oh that option would require you scum obviously. I didn’t say there weren’t ramifications from it. Just possibilities in my head. Like I said least likely.
Yeah that’s what were gonna determine. If I visited myself (which is impossible), either Blue is N3 convert or I was framed…and I’m thinking the latter.

What NK is not redirect immune and death immune? If I was ever seen visiting anyone, it would be false feedback.
I don’t think Stalking allows for people to see them visiting themselves through redirection anyway, it would just say they visited nobody.
