Was Ifrit mentioned to get us to not think Arete is NK? Arete wanted to be checked by Arb instead of hung, which means he might not show to the Arb. It would also prioritize PKR over Arete for a hang.
If I were the NK – specifically the Ifrit – I doubt I’d have been the one to say ‘these are all the ways that someone could bypass death immunity on Sulit, and incidentally one of them is if the flip were fake and altered by an Ifrit,’ not when no one else was even commenting on how a normally-death-immune Headhunter had somehow managed to die.

To not get hung? Claiming THE power role is the classic scum move. He faked a class, claimed Arbiter in desperation, and stumbled on his defenses consistently.
