Woo! Let’s give it a whirl!
Hi @Maxwell
I see you have forgotten about the question I wanted from you when you left the other day.
Seems I did. Please re-ask.
Here.
Considering they were the ones who were part of pushing you
You should have some strong reads on them.
_>
I’ll reiterate PKR, Kyodaz here.
Luxy’s tone has been aggressive and it has been rather one track minded. (Tho the latter part is because of a hunter).
@Maxwell don’t have to like read through millions of things just tell me your gut when those three were done pushing you.
Why are you people obsessed with the word ‘latter’
I’ve seen Geyde use it. And Solic. And now Shurian. Weird.
Do you know what it means?
I didn’t before Geyde used it saying that he’s not an Oracle and it’s ‘always the latter’ or something. Took me about 3 minutes looking at the definition to figure out what it meant. I need to search it up now to remember. It’s either before or after.
It refers to the second thing said.
Idea on Priestess and Arete.
If I didn’t take into matter meta reads…
Priestess would have been wrung and hung on a clothes line. Intention was to stay alive.
Arete proves several valid points, and pushed on with logic. I don’t see any flawed reasoning with her push. Of course intentions otherwise can be said for “taking a player out of the discussion”, but I doubt that’s the case here, for they can’t be lynched until the next day. Iirc
There’re several others in the event, but I won’t go too much in detail rn.
Is it of American dialect? I’ve never heard that word being used in Scotland my whole life.
There’re two parts in a sentence, thus the usage. The latter refers to the previous sentence’s second part. Good stuff.
It seems to stem from old English
Thou thus known tho thy hath thou Excalibur of Arthur
I’d always used ‘As previously stated;’ rather than ‘latter’.
I’ve heard of ‘former’ being used but only in rare occasions.
I hear it being used all the time LOL.
“As previously stated” will be more for formal emails and stuff.
It sounds like a word sophisticated people would use whilst talking to their friends.
Unfortunately I never grew up with very many ‘sophisticated’ people. Slang was thrown about here, there and everywhere. That might explain why.
Ah.
U about to hear a very sophisticated sentence.
I’m about to do what’s called a pro gamer move.
/vote self as king
It’s more specific than “as previously stated”.
I can’t for the life figure out what’s the content or what they are referring to if they have 2 parts in a sentence and then they say “as previously stated”
Both parts are taken into account and thus allows for guesswork.
Lo and behold if a business allows people to guess what they’re gonna be doing.
‘As previously stated, being one track minded may be affected by the Hunter situation.’
