Someone, IIRC Maxwell (Correct me if I’m wrong) claimed they were attacked but are alive and this was used to semi-clear them since they did not die.

Luxy died and now due to discussion, it is possibly Luxy might have died to main-faction scum instead of NK. Therefore Max (or whoever it was) being attacked does not clear them! And their omega action might have been able to redirect the NK but they were healed or something too.
