Kyo isn’t Justicar. Or else they’re insulting their own intelligence. Or they’re an idiot. The Justicar needs to be a town leader, not because they’re outed, but because they’re universally townread. If Kyo is Jus, then they basically lost the game for us as out one and only Hardcounter.
