Why would Marshal claim Mystic here, knowing that a Priest exists?
In a world where all other opposing argumentative points of mine cancel out, there are only two things that arenāt canceling out that I know for sure, both of which are working against Kyo.

We have a direct link to knowledge of a priestlike scum class with the omega ability āDies Iraeā ā Mass for the Dead. We have nowhere near as strong a connection to a mysticlike scum class through any of the omega ability names.
Because thereās a chance scum wanted to start a thunderdome and possibly get Towncred

He claimed their was an ancient curse that wonāt let him and that he can if its gotten rid of or something along those lines
presumably getting rid of marshal would lift it as if he can link it would make sense he causes the curse due to weird relgious shit
